do you call GM Kosteniuk and me "Russian guys"?!?! really crazy. ...I'm supporting the common sense and basic sport principles, not the Russian team.

I think Dubov's criticism is quite fair, without a winner what's the point of an olympiad. But I don't agree with him on the statement that India needs at least one win to claim gold because, in the match between Divya and Polina, India was clearly winning and would have scored
@mikhail_golubev
Interesting.
Indian Vice captain GM srinath revealed after the match that they were told no decision could be made and it is suggested that both teams share the gold and that RUSSIAN CAPTAIN HAS AGREED TO THIS.
Thereafter India accepted the proposition as well.

A very respectable put opinion by dubov unlike some of his teammates
I do believe this decision by FIDE was diplomatic and cowardly
A restart was best
@mikhail_golubev
Dubov mentioned that you need to win one match at least in order to win the Gold. True. India didn't, but so didn't Russia! If India doesn't deserve Gold according to you, Russia doesn't too. By what measure are you considering yourself "winners" then?

As an Indian fan I agree, Daniil has a point. To be a competitive sport we can’t have the notion of “shared Gold winners” . Restart if both teams agree ( and in this case it’s an external event ) and play like gladiators. Hikaru and Magnus would have done the same
