Shouldn't such individuals, who play for a win (declining a draw) the pawnless endgames like B v N or N v B or R v R, be sterilized? Just asking.

Also, people who "win" on time in lost positions should lose twice the rating points, not gain them. If they have time to play on, they have time to resign!

In general I agree though, imho, if it's so important to you never to be flagged in a theoretically drawn position by a player who has handled their time more effectively than you, that you joke about sterilisation, you should simply play with a decent increment.
