As for being the first with translations, the USMP quite literally can't be the first in anything since it doesn't exist yet and given the fact Quackity has likely spent a longer time on this smp due to evidence above, he probably had the translation idea first.

An argument people are using is that if Dream copied he couldn't have made the mod so quickly. The API already exists since it uses google translate and it is simple voice to text which already exists too. The QSMP mod could be using this too but that one looks way more polished.

In DPACS 's contract if the ticket sales haven't reached £30k ten days prior an extra 20k has to be paid, if not paid the even will be cancelled. Banter did not reach £30k so they had to pay £20k on the 6th, which they obviously didn't do so it was cancelled.
