I was shot at my school as a freshman. I’m now a senior & tomorrow I will vote for the first time. I will 100% vote democrat so my future kids and my best friends kids don’t have these kind of hospital visit photos.

It saddens me deeply to hear about someone who got shot and survived when friends and classmates weren't so fortunate. It's saddens me at the same time as getting pisses off that our country's lawmakers didn't ban those weapons after the first school child was shot.

I am a gun owner and I am voting the same as you. There is no reason a commoner should have weapons of war. I do support the 2nd amendment, I just don't think "Joe" should be able to have military grade weapons. Thank you, and bless you and your recovery.
