@red_devil330 I know op is probably genuinely asking but the "particularly woman part" reminds me too much of the phrase "Protect Women and Children from their own fragile minds" (1898) as discussed by Sam in attempt to track down the origin of the term "degenerate". That's a lot to unpack.
