I'm terrible at celebrating the wins I have. Most of my energy goes into "the struggle" of hitting my goals. Often, when I hit my goal, I make a new one. This is a terrible way to operate. Here's my reminder to myself, and you, to celebrate the wins. Big or small, enjoy them!

I use autocomplete on Chrome a LOT to navigate to sites I frequently visit. Google Analytics is a site I go to a lot, so I often just the first few letters of Analytics to bring it up in my autocomplete. I always press Enter too early... my search history looks VERY suspicious.

The past few months at @DecentralGames have seen us implement some major changes to the way our game economy works. While I try not to talk token price, it's great to see this pay off w/ $ICE up ~80% (7 days) & our burn/earn ratio close to 1:1. Progress.

The gap in compensation between marketing roles in UK agencies vs US agencies is wild. Any time I see the comp behind roles being offered in the UK I have to double-take because they're so underpaid.

Really sad news today. @hamletbatista was a hyperintelligent guy, he was generous, thoughtful, and kind. He was an invaluable member of Traffic Think Tank and would go out of his way to help support whatever we were doing. I was privileged to call him my friend. RIP.
