There are basically three blockers to corporate innovation. There’s “I’m too busy with my day job”, “where we we even start” and “we can’t do that”. I wonder if there’s value in a scalable framework to beat this.

Incentives don’t align with longer term strategy, middle management is BAU and dont know how to handle it, boards are at the mercy of shareholders and driven by risk management. If I had to pick 3 blockers that’s them.

You’re 100% right that’s a problem, I was thinking of people who’ve engaged but don’t know how to make something happen rather than don’t want to. Don’t want to is a much tougher problem
