Sometimes the home hacks hit different. Gonna swing the Goods this Spring/Summer. I need that slight end load to feel the barrel. Balanced bats have never suited my hand speed.
First time back on the hill since April. Sometime it’s best to let the body catch up physically and let the mental side mature. Mid 80’s in my first session with new mechanics, more relaxed and throwing effortlessly.

Dad showing me a few things about hip movement using the tee. I realized later it had also a secondary purpose of limiting my head movement while keeping my power centered and stabilizing ground force. He dedicates most his nights helping me get better. 🐐dad
Warming up the hands on tee work. I love to work three tees white my head on a line. No matter what pitch I get rather inside, middle or outside I try to keep my head from start to finish on that line. Trying to minimize head movement and little eye plane change.

World Series. We played some great baseball collectively and for that it’s something to build upon.

This video will forever be in my heart. Thank you for helping me turn a corner on the field and off. He would say,”STRIKES. Talk about keeping me discipled in the box. Rest in Heaven

1) Be the best version of myself. 2) Keep focusing on being the best teammate possible. Anything is possible. The climb
Today I will play my last football game of the year, change clothes and walk across the parking lot and work on line drives to the big part of the field. It’s time to work while they talk. I have a different demeanor and level of focus.

30 degree launch angle more distance less exit velocity. 20 degree more exit velocity less distance. 5 max distances compare to 5 top Exit velocities had one thing in common. They all were middle of the field hits. PR 92 EV
Couple things I love about baseball hitting:
1: Nothing like hitting with a good wood bat. Become surgical with that bad boy and metal is a child’s play.
2: Live At bats. I want real game simulation as much as possible.
3: I don’t mind having two strikes on me.
Yellow shows barrel in the zone early and on path with the pitch slightly up. Red represent a plate pattern showing arms bent at contact. Well balanced and centered at contact. Rinse and repeat

A gift from Dad follow by words. “Be the best version of yourself and be the best teammate”. This is a wood bat I named the “Stinson Model”. My favorite measurements on knob, handle and barrel.

Baron Mannis (25 TX) comes out of the delay showing good stuff. Working 83-85 with true backspin from steep slot, big comfort with hammer CB @ ~70 with 2700+ spin; tough AB with nightmare 2-pitch mix.

Truth is. I really love playing this game. I love meeting new people and supporting friends. Of course I get frustrated in this game of failure. And yet, it doesn’t define me -Berry
Been working on hitting pitches on the inner third. In two weeks with consistent recognition and drills I now have the confidence to drive the ball pull side. I’ve always been a right center hitter. My focus this year is to be “tough out”. Double down the line.
