I became an Endurance Athlete at the age of 50, when I started running marathons. Over this decade I’ve - Run 9 Marathons - Competed in a 10 mile swim race - Finished 70.3s and Ironman Triathlon - Run many Ultramarathons up to 100mi Can’t wait to see what my 60s bring!

7 Ways I tried to control my drinking. All of these failed 1) Weekends only 2) Only after 5pm 3) Not before noon 4) No drinking alone 5) Only when I go out 6) Beer but no booze 7) Stopping after 3 drinks None lasted long. Total abstinence is the only way
