Down 20lbs since the end of June. Water, extended cardio, avoiding bread, eating veggies as snacks, and no Mt Dews. Havenโ€™t felt this good in a while. Just in time for the copious amounts of coffee, Mt Dew, pizza/breakfast pizza, team meals, and unrelenting stress to return ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿˆ
