omad
• i omad every day that isn’t a metab day (so 5-7 days a week)
• i stay under 700cals on my omad days
• i don’t buy snacks to keep myself from doing it
• lots of water and low cal drinks in between omads
exercise
• weightlifting! it helps w fat distribution and “Skinny Fat” o_o
• at least light cardio/home workout daily
• exercises i like for each part of my body and do a diff part of my body every weekday
metab days
u heard me. Food.
• i had days where i ate around 1.2-1.5k
• immediately after that though i would return to my routine at home
• i also drank lots of water the days that i ate more and made sure to take probiotics
okay SO now that that’s out of the way i also wanna say this this is what worked for me.. it was a drastic change and i had a pretty high sw , also i’m 5’6 and have a decent amount of muscle
vitamins?
• i use an appetite suppressant on long fasting days
• i take a women’s multivitamin, a fat burn + collagen drink, and a probiotic first thing in the morning every day
• i take shots of apple cider vinegar when i eat dairy
• i drink a lot of matcha
rest days
• thsi too, i had no more than 2 days a week where i did self care, Omad unless it was a metab day, and stretched (only 2 days a week no gym)
• this was to help lean out my muscles and also bc i was sore ;3
• caught up on sleep
fasting
• i use an app called zero to track my fasts, i usually try and fast around 15-24 hrs in between omads
• on rest days i don’t really try to fast as much but still try and wait a couple hours after waking up and stop eating a couple hrs before bed
side notes
• i omad dinnertime and that’s what’s always worked best for me
• stretching and increasing protein made a difference in fat loss
• i fill up times when i’m hungry with dancing, doing beauty treatments, or gaming

eating window
• on ideal days, i am only eating for 1-2 hours out of the day
• so i fit my omad (+ dessert if i want it) within 2 hours
• other than that i am fasting so at least 16-24 hrs of fasting a day

YES IMMENSELY.. bc if i wanted to binge i’d just tell myself “oh i can actually have as much as i want on friday and it’ll be helping me lose instead” and that would stop me
