I commenced the London - Lagos Charity Ride today April the 19th, 2022.
The ride is expected to last 25days, spanning a total distance of about 12,000km.

Celebrating African hospitality and generosity.
This lady sells fruits by the roadside between Koloko - Bobo Dioulasso in Burkina Faso.
She flagged me down, we took pictures & she gave me two mangoes from her stock.

A biker friend Dan, took the odometer readings on Eagle today, and it reads 11,301km, which represents the total distance I have travelled on eagle from London to Accra Ghana.
Lunch with the Malian Riders…. these guys are the real deal
They (6 riders) met me about 150km in Bamako and gave me sort of a presidential Motorcade

DAY 11: EL OUATIA - LAAYOUNE - 299KM
The ride today took me deep into the Sahara Desert, the city of Laayoune (Morocco) but also referred to as in Western Sahara in Google Maps.

Generally, I don’t believe that things happens for a purpose, but what I do believe is, there is always a lesson to be learnt in everything… Thank you Lord for the LESSON!

Bourges France - Girona Spain
Distance = 702KM
Day 2 ride was quite challenging and quite difficult because it rained practically all through the ride. Temperature was close to freezing with very strong cross winds.
