I've come a long ways lyrically in the past few months, and really started setting the bar higher for myself. My last few songs have a unique word count over 70%, and some of my favorite rhyme structures yet. I'm having a lot of fun playing with patterns and telling stories.

@LAxFLAME All autotune does is artificially modulate vocals. It's an imperfect system, and the pitch-shift artifacts that autotune causes are its claim to fame. You can't perfect imperfection, nor should you praise such braisen use of a low-effort production process.

@Senskomusic More indie artists use KRKs than actual industry professionals. My vote is for Yamahas if we're going by brand for the most iconic speakers in the music industry. Both have very dated designs, though. I wouldn't recommend either to someone looking to build a new studio setup.

@OfficialVoyage They're necessary if you're making a proper album. In order to stick to one cohesive theme, if you're telling a story, you need skits. It separates all of the songs into chapters, almost, and lets the album play through more like a movie. I'd like at least 3 skits on every album.
