Just to make one thing perfectly clear; we never wanted to have this conversation with Faceit "in public". However, we are obviously getting a ton of users contacting us about why the integration isn't working and we needed to tell our users why and what to expect.
You motherfuckers don’t even know what the real GRIND is, I have been grinding whole my life to get where I am today. I have been grinding when there was no cloud services to scale on every 2nd week, no relational databases to get you anywhere, no internet or whatsoever.
Right now new matches won't import to Leetify. The latest CS2 update made rather large modifications to the demo files and we need to update our parsers to support these changes which is a lot more complicated than we first thought. Fixing this is of course our top priority and

The issues with our aim rating for CS2 matches should now be resolved (for any new match) after the remaining aim stats were implemented yesterday.
We're looking into reimporting the old matches to correct those & your profile stats.

We regret to see there's a lot of toxicity in this thread. Don't think there's a need for a "religious war" here.
However, excited to see a lot of great feedback on LR in the replies. There's definitely a lot that we can improve with LR, and we will take some notes.
We believe that we have a fix ready for the import and data issues, and are reimporting matches. We have a big queue going on due to having to go through all the last few days matches at once though, so it will take 1-2 days for us to work through all old matches.

This is of course something we're exploring and entirely possible even within the model Faceit has proposed. Not something we think is a good solution, but if these changes stay it would be the only way to maintain an integration with Faceit.
We've deployed a lot of additional updates to our infrastructure this week, and although we still have work to do, we don't expect any queues to arise anymore. Next week, we'll finalize our upgrades and hopefully it should be smoooooth sailing from here on out. ⛵️
In the MM data sample, Ancient stood for only 0.55% of all matches played, so it's understandable Valve had to push this change to us to get more data on the map.
We have since they first informed us of this change consistently tried to get the information we'd need to come up with a solution directly from them. We have had email threads, calls, but unfortunately details have been sparse and responses have been slow.
We are OF COURSE continuing to try and have a conversation with Faceit directly. We want nothing more than to continue having an integration with Faceit that is as similar to what we previously had as possible, and really believe this is possible if both parties just make an

This of course further complicates the already incredibly tight timeline we were given. It's impossible for us to come up with a solution when we STILL don't have the basic details we'd need to continue fetching Faceit demos and are rate limited.

This has 100% been our priority for the last couple weeks (and still is), but since our Faceit integration is completely out of order now we need to communicate to our users on why this is happening and how much is within our control.
And just to be clear, we don't intend to share the results publicly. People's careers are at stake, and we feel it's best to leave this in the hands of the TO's & admins, to avoid creating unnecessary witch hunts. We can save them significant amounts of time though.

so you just barely missed it, but in an entire month counting all ranks only 3 people outscored you. i would say that is a crazy impressive achievement to do it at level 10
