Getting into Gallowgate yesterday was a shambles. It should work, but it doesn’t. I don’t know why, but it doesn’t. 30minutes should be more than enough time. It’s not human error either for those saying ‘it’s easy’. It’s only easy if it accepts your phone. Bring back the cards

I wish they gave an option for those who want cards have cards and those who want to have it on phones have it on phones it seems all can use the same scanner as guy in front of me yesterday went in with scanned card 🤷🏻♀️

Aye its shite, Can the ticket be scanned on any turnstyle?
Or are too many being given too few turnstyles to use..ive never tried any other turnstyle myself.

I’ve heard it can be used on any turnstile, but I’m very superstitious and need to go through 54 😂

We got to the ground at 2.15, no queues, straight in, no messing around. Easy peas.
We queued for around 10/15mins on Wednesday, but we did turn up late, so it was expected.
They've put 50% off food & drink to get you in early to avoid queues.

We got there at 2.30. That should be more than enough time. I am not going and spending money on shit pints and shit food hours before kick off and nor should I have to

I took my phone to the box office, they tested it , didn’t work, got plastic card. Great. Back the following week , they had failed to send my Man City ticket. Waiting anxiously for my psg ticket to arrive or it means another trip to box office

A haven’t had any issue’s gettin in for any match. Surely gettin there 15 mins earlier than normal with this new system isnt gunna hurt just a bit common sense really
