Called a guy back this morning looking for pool service. Says he’s shopping prices for his rental property and everyone must be too busy to want work bc no one calls him back 🚩🚩🚩pro tip: if no one will call back don’t tell the one who calls back you’re price shopping.

Contractor screening tool. We use it occasionally. These jobs are rarely profitable in my experience and not because of price but because they tend to be high maintenance and time consuming.

Ha! Nothing shifts a conversation to “that’s not something we can take on at this point” faster than mentioning you’re pricing shopping, need it done right away, or pushing for a price over the phone. ✌🏻
