The Cowboys have a kicker, agreeing to a deal with Texas Tech’s Jonathan Garibay. He went 15-of-16 on FG tries last year and made a 62-yarder to beat Iowa State. He was 49-of-50 on PATs. Cowboys didn’t draft a kicker and only have Chris Naggar on roster.
