Update on the situation: The person just closed the case and I got all the money back. I didn't even try to contact them or Paypal yet. I don't know what to think. I guess the person rethinked their actions.

The person was my regular client, then I saw they scammed another artist (@/YoriNSFW) so I decided to take action. I refused working with them further in the future and blocked them.

Today I checked my Paypal and saw two chargebacks - for two commissions I did for them previously. I know it's impossible to talk this out with Paypal or the client, because @/YoriNSFW had the same situation earlier. I'll just have to refund all the money.
