In December, I started by restricting to 1400kcals a day with some light exercise throughout the day. This continued till May, at which I had lost 20lbs.

- food is bad for you and making you sick
- exercise is healthy!
Weight loss *does* get harder as you lose more weight, so I really stepped it up in June and (along with joining edtwt) started working out/restricting more.
Once in June, I started restricting to 1000kcals a day but really upped my workout (featured later in thread). Continuing this trend until August, I lost a total of 35 lbs.
Things to tell people having a panic attack:
It's all your fault
Breath harder
You're a disappointment to everyone in your life
You're being dramatic just stop
Tell me exactly what you're feeling in great detail now or I'm going to get mad
