A year ago today I had a stroke which was luckily reversible,but that day I feared my kids would lose a mum if I didn't change my ways , and here I am a year later fighting to stay around to be the best mum ever my progress pics may bore you but they mean alot more than you see

So iv realised over the last 2 month that ever since I had a stroke 6 month ago and decided to change my whole life health and fitness wise that I actually lost nearly every friend I had because I don't go out and get smashed 😳 not one has ever asked how I'm doing or if I'm ok
