Buggy check in! Time for bed. She ate actual doggy food tonight. Before, she was only eating an egg and a little bit of baby food. Got her some wet, stew like dog food. She went right for it. As long as she keeps it down, i think she will be about back to normal. 😊😊

We are off to the vet for the same surgery in which I lost Jasper. I am a mess of nerves/stress. Please cross your paws/fingers, send up prayers & good vibes for us today. I drop her off & get to come home & wait. Its gonna be a long day. Honestly, I am just scared right now.🙏🏻🙏🏻

Far too much sadness on #dogsofx for me right now. So i need to share some happy. This is Roz, Warrior Pup. In October, she was injured with very little to no back leg functions, basically flopping about. Vet said a $5000 surgery was really the only treatment that would help...

OK, we are home and she is doing good. She is still wobbly/groggy and drooling quite a bit. As well were leaving the vet, she managed to run into the window instead of going out the open door. Vet said she did good. Her teeth look good. She didnt loose any more teeth and....

Its 2:30am and I am staring at the walls in the dark. I have not been able to sleep at all. My head just aches from sobbing. Eyelids are thick and rubbed raw. My heart hurts so very much. I feel like I can't breathe.

Breaks my heart when Lily vomits and then wants to eat grass but can't because she has no front teeth due to neglect from her previous owners. I go out with her and she comes right over to me knowing i will get grass and hold it out for her.

This is Daphne. After having her for a year, her family decided their toddler was too rough on her. They did the responsible thing and released her to a shelter. I found her and had the most mellow, incredible, well loved beagle. #KristiNoemIsAMonster

Little bit of a Lily update. She actually did really well when i dropped her off for her dental. She didn't pace as much. She kept giving the tech who checked her in kisses and kept asking her for some pets. The vet said she did the same when he did an exam. But wouldn't let...

When Jasper wanted dinner...he gave me a stare down. If I ignored him , he got progressively closer till his face was basically touching mine. And he'd smile and he'd wag his tail, all tense and excited. Just waiting for a nod or a sound from me so he could jump excitedly.
