There are 7,200 steps, and it takes 4 to 6 hours to reach the top, so many people who come here thinking of sightseeing end up regretting it.
I’m okay with only having 2 cups of coffee a day and maybe some boiled egg whites that’s it. Whenever I try eating low cal meals I always end up wanting more and then eat over my daily limit which is 300 cals.
