also the way I found out he was bisexual was hilarious 😭 bro was on a live like “you know how you decide to crack a bad bitch, one day I decided to crack a nigga, and I’ll do that shit again” *money spread* 😂😂😂
as a photographer, especially a male photographer, there’s a code of ethics you have to abide by when photographing women/femmes/gender queer people. there’s no rule book but i have a few things i always stick to to avoid creeping people out or creating questionable dynamics.
for everybody sayin “he not bi he just experimented” that’s cool, I wasn’t tryn lock him into an identity, just thought it was cool that he was open enough explore.
for everyone sayin “he not D1” I don’t watch sports dog lol saw his uniform and someone commented that he was D1🤷🏾♂️
actually I just watched another interview and this nigga said he would fasho crack a nigga again 😂 like I said, not tryn label him but some of y’all might just be in denial about your potential fav’s sexuality
for one i never proposition photo shoots w/ anyone im like attracted to or want to potentially date. i’ll do it on request but i never want to conflate my personal desires w/ my artistic vision so it doesn’t even cross my mind to suggest doing a shoot as a form of flirting
secondly, i always make space for private outfit changes and just privacy in general. lots of photographers will make models change in front of them or won’t give them any place to separate from where the shoot is happening which is so weird
I never touch any of the models I work w/ I almost always suggest they bring a friend or 2 a.) so they can have someone familiar help w/ any wardrobe issues and b.) for there own personal feeling of security
thirdly, always inform the model of any environmental changes/disruptions, like if you’re going to have unexpected guests or if the heat isn’t working so it’ll be cold
also almost forgot! I never encourage drinking or smoking at my shoots. Obviously it happens but that’s totally on the model if they want to do that. But even still I don’t partake until the shoot is over and I never present drinking as a way to “loosen up”
in fact as a general rule of thumb I make sure not to invite people to my model shoots, unless it’s a mutual friend but having randos at your shoot is weirdo time fasho because no one wants to walk in to unexpected niggas.
when doing nude/boudoir shoots i delete any photos that I’m not using. and the ones i do save i clear w/ the model and post them, and they really only exist in a Dropbox folder that the model has access to and wherever we posted them.
most of these things are assuming you have a home studio of some sort but I think they all always apply regardless of where the shoot takes place. so just be more proactive in not being a scary weirdo ass photographer

actually that’s a Collin’s glass, literally designed for iced cocktails. If this drink was made w/ no ice, they’d likely put it in a coupe/martini glass. Also that hand cut singular long ice cube keeps your drink from getting watered down the way normal ice cubes would
every major fast food restaurant suddenly poppin out w/ all these amazing sounding deals/specials is directly connected to the boycott and Gaza. please don’t fall for this shit y’all
@RaineyOvalle
feel like the conversations around this always stem from a place of “wearing dresses in movies de-masculizes the black man” when really it should be from a place of “why are these comedians obsessed w/ mocking black women through these caricatures?”
AY YALL! I’m finally movin out them funky ass lofts! Gonna be moving out at the end of the month so I’m gonna throw a big ass party on Saturday April 27th! 727 W Grand Blvd Detroit MI 48216! Will post the apartment number as I get more of my shit outta there but please come thru!
very excited but also still slightly disappointed that they started using big name actors. part of black mirrors charm was that all the characters felt like regular everyday people which made the stories seems eerily relatable/realistic
as a child losing my parents used to be my biggest fear in the world. now that I’ve lost both of them I’m just thankful for the time I had w/ them. and im happy that they can be together now cause I know how much my mom missed my dad.
Tamas Kalman owns and operates Octopus Kites, an online store that sells giant high-quality handmade, yes, octopus kites. Each kite is 15 meters long and amazing to watch
it’s crazy that when someone says “gender neutral bathroom” people immediately jump to the idea of a big room w/ different genders in it, as opposed to say a series of individual single toilet rooms.
white photographers really be gettin off w/ portfolios full of photos of tattooed white girls w/ undercuts at golden hour in the middle of some overgrown grass, or the same white girls doing boudoir shoots in black n white on a hardwood floor or a random hallway
I realized the dark truth is probably that turning the lights on in the car meant that the police could see a bunch of black people inside. So it was prolly just a quick lie for safety/precaution
@Poisonneus
Um I genuinely think you took this part of the thread out of context. I’ve shot multiple photos of people I am attracted to. And will again if I am booked by said person. The point I was making is that I don’t use photo shoots as a way to flirt.
