Sadly, the legendary Landon “Sonny” Cox, who compiled a 503-89 record while coaching at King, passed away today. Cox coached some of the all-time greats in Marcus Liberty, Jamie Brandon, Rashard Griffith and others while winning state championships in 1986, 1990 and 1993.
