Amazingly this was @RndmForestRunnr descending into Newlands after over 5 days running, ~500km run and ~35,000m of ascent. This guy is phenomenal 🤯 he now has 5 Wainwrights left and is chasing down setting a new record of sub 5.5 days 🤯 #JKWR2022
