Today we are rotating maps into and out of the game. de_ruby and cs_workout have been added and Abbey and Biome have been removed. More information in today's Blog Post:
Today's Release Notes are up. Cobblestone has received changes, a clinch marker has been added to the scoreboard, and Biome and Subzero have been added to Competitive matchmaking. Full notes here:
Heads up, there will be some layout changes on biome in the next update. I'm reopening the 2 connectors, as round balance has shifted too far in favor of CTs. The other changes from January remain.

This one started off as a basic town scene but it didn't take much to convince our LD

Yeah, we measured about a 20% average fps improvement since last update. (added 3d scaled props to autocombine) If you have a bad cpu/good gpu, it might improve even more.

I don't think it's necesary as I'm just changing some stuff back to how it was, but if other mappers don't mind go for it. Also this update is shipping soon so any feedback I get might have to wait a while

Amazing stuff! The corridors with the rubble look fantastic and I have no idea how you pulled that off. The overall atmosphere is sick. GJ, can't wait to check it out ingame.

Basically what they mean by that is that it's not a 3 lane defuse map. and the usual metagame strats won't work - a big part of people's skill, and if your map doesn't accomodate for that they won't like it.
Me personally am a fan of insertion/2 just for that reason
