@jayjoseph22 @routledgemh Maybe it is naive, but can the question : "does Schizophrenia come from a genetic predisposition?" be answered without a doubt?

@Ivo_GGeorg @routledgemh It is a good question. My answer to the question, "does #schizophrenia come from a genetic predisposition?" is that there is no valid scientific evidence that it does. That leaves room for doubt, since we cannot prove a negative, but currently the evidence is not there.

@jayjoseph22 @routledgemh Didn’t hear about this book, will definitely be ordering! I actually hold out hope that genomics or mito-nuclear conflict might play a role, but I would love an overview of what’s been done. Some historic hypotheses I’ve read were really bad or very unlikely.
