@itspatmorgan This is the critical insight: The company must have a clear strategy for winning in its market--by offering unique benefits to specific customers (the *real* design problem)--and everyone in the company must understand and support it with their decisions/actions.

@itspatmorgan Making a good product shine w/out a Designer or someone in product REALLY representing the customer can cost founders 5x designers over the course of months if the scale is large enough. Just saying.
