@itspatmorgan I remember once asking what affinity mapping was and after hearing the explanation I said “isn’t that just grouping similar things” and ppl looked at me like I was insane.

@itspatmorgan Note: Keeping "affinity" so glad that only the problems should be focused on not the "solutioneering." The exercise is about finding "sympathy" for those with the problem. Not group think. So, a bunch of groupings of same stuff does not cut it.
