@itspatmorgan Living their life outside of computers and away from their desk. (I’m surprised at how much this is an issue) Active listening… Being inquisitive and asking questions to people about what sorts of preferences they have about the apps they use. Reading and writing more.

@itspatmorgan Escaping the Build Trap by @lissijean , @ttorres ’ Continuous Discovery Habits, the @cagan series (Inspired, Empowered), and Christian Crumlish’s “Product Management for UX People” (Rosenfeld) would be a good start. Jamie Levy’s UX Strategy book has a lot of overlap with PdM today
