♡ Rules: ~ low kcal drinks (up to 20 kcals) are allowed but must be added to cal total (eg diet coke is fine but +1kcal) ~ chocolate bar means it is mostly chocolate (no twix, turkish delight etc.) if i just wrote chocolate, those things are fine

~ coffee can be hot or cold, and caffeinated or decaf, real or instant ~ 'black coffee' means americano, espresso, etc ~ 'coffee with milk' means latte, cappuccino, etc ~ sugar, sweetener, and syrup are allowed
