A little bit of sage advice for punters anyone who has had a grand or more on Manxman do an email to the bookie and explain that the horse has now won the race. With a bit of luck you will get a £10 freebet as a one off gesture off goodwill. Every cloud has a silver lining.

I think the reason it was so good was the presenters were not greedy they turned up on the Saturday or big festivals they loved racing that's it. You had none of this tipping for bookies, podcasting or doing basically any money making exercise possible. Just more likeable people.
