In July I had a full hip replacement. 10 days ago I had 2 fractures behind the hip replacement. 50cm cut through muscle to fix & a wheelchair finish. "We can either make ourselves miserable or we can make ourselves stronger, and guess what? The amount of work is the same"❤️

So this is 45!!! I have NEVER been someone to shy away from my age infact I embrace it. It's a privilege to get older denied to too many. I feel more confident and secure then I ever have before. Age has it's own glory, beauty and wisdom and I embrace it completely ❤

Massive few months right hip replacement July 2020, then broke my hip and pelvis behind the replacement late Oct 2020 Now Feb 2021 Left Hip replacment. Recovery is certainly a process, but it takes time, it takes patience but most Importantly friends and family ❤️

I'm so overwhelmed with all the messages, prayers & thoughts sent TYSM 🙏 Happy to say surgery went well. Just had my 3rd Hip Replacement in 14 Months 🙈 As well as sewing back together my muscels & removal of all hardware from my broken hip and pelvis. Onwards and upwards ⬆️♥️
