@CBNGovernor gap between the Official Exchange Rate and the Parallel Market is about 100%. Alas all commercial transactions, even on Gari & Corn, are based on the Parallel Market Rate. Simple Solution: Float the Naira and kick Rent Seekers out of job. It is no rocket science.
