The skierg machine has quickly become one of my favourite top 3 exercises to do in the gym. You can see that after a while, my core starts to get tired. It works my triceps and my abdominal muscles specifically, which are vital for me for stability, etc. No shortcuts, just hard

@TheSundayGame Some great points made by @DonalOgC about the lack of coverage of hurling on RTE. Its so refreshing seeing @jacquihurley sitting back leaving the lads get their points across without interrupting. I can think of someone else who would have shut them down right away!

A few doughnuts on a sunny day. One of the most important things that has been important for me since my accident is having a sense of humour. Weather it's something like this video. Everyone has a sense of humor. If you don't laugh at jokes, you probably laugh at opinions.

The first time I tried this I got stuck at the bottom of the escalator and a traffic jam built up behind me banging their trolleys into each other. It has taken me ages to build up confidence to try again. Especially as I drive my wheelchair with my head! Retweet this 💙

Whatever about the other red cards this tackle on Paudie Clifford was a disgusting! No place in GAA for these kind of tackles. It was a bad end to a decent game. Not the first time we have seen this kind of behavior. It happens when things aren't going your way!
