1) Develop a list of target customer personas
2) Send out as many products as you can PRE LAUNCH to people who may represent this list of customer personas.
3) Get AT LEAST 5 testimonial videos from each persona
4) Run the testimonial videos stand alone targeting each persona

5) Create threshold VV LAAS off each persona
6) Create various iterations and mashups of the UGC for each persona
7) Create custom landing pages for each persona which matches the target UVP + voice
8) Create LAAS off threshold landing page visitors for each persona

9) Gather information on what works and what doesn't. Reading comments is GOLD
10) SCALE (not too fast)
And yes...... this all happened within 7 days!
But we had fully PREPARED all LP assets and creatives PRIOR TO LAUNCH!!!!!
