Bhavish, I think the goal should be to not having any problems at all over solving a problem on the same day. As for bias, maybe you’ve missed our reviews where we’ve objectively spelled out pros and cons. There’s lots to like in the S1 Pro, when it works

@hormazdsorabjee How does 100km qualify as "long-term". I'm sure other media guys drove more than that during just the pre launch preview in Bangalore. Even Tesla has a 1000km return policy. Does that mean someone owned a Tesla for "long term"?

@hormazdsorabjee Problem is you won't allow new ev companies to thrive, and you are expecting 100% perfect product from a new launch. Give them time. As per your experience in auto industry you must know even new launch cars have many issues. But targeting Ola every time is a sad move. @bhash
