Bhavish, I think the goal should be to not having any problems at all over solving a problem on the same day. As for bias, maybe you’ve missed our reviews where we’ve objectively spelled out pros and cons. There’s lots to like in the S1 Pro, when it works
Hormazd, while your tweet smacks of a strong bias, glad our service team solved this same day for you. Let’s see how many brands able to do this at scale.
We’ve upgraded you to MoveOS 2 which solves the specific issue. Enjoy, commit to
#EndICEage
and don’t be afraid of change!!

How does 100km qualify as "long-term". I'm sure other media guys drove more than that during just the pre launch preview in Bangalore. Even Tesla has a 1000km return policy. Does that mean someone owned a Tesla for "long term"?
@hormazdsorabjee
Problem is you won't allow new ev companies to thrive, and you are expecting 100% perfect product from a new launch. Give them time. As per your experience in auto industry you must know even new launch cars have many issues. But targeting Ola every time is a sad move.

Reality is customers expect nothing less than a 100% product. No problems with our Ather which has performed so far with 100 % reliability
@hormazdsorabjee
So it took a blue tick account for
@bhash
to finally respond to a negative comment about his product. And even then, he didn't take it well.

U r new to the auto industry. Here, one shd hv the ability to take criticism in your stride and strive to prove your critics wrong instead of crying foul over negative reviews.
@hormazdsorabjee
Hormazd every new beginning has some hiccups. Even today after many years use of ICE there are many instances of vehicle breakdown but then you never tweet about it. You decide to ignore. Give EV some time. Do it for your next generation.
@hormazdsorabjee
Have the new age manufacturers forgotten the concept of KAIZEN?
#OLA
can build a strong brand around rock solid credibility, which should be the differentiating factor.
First Impression could also be the last impression.

Read your review of ola s1 and ather 450x thoroughly you seemed totally biased and favouring ather. I am the user of both scooter, I can see ola is winning the race if I compare. Both are good if not comparing but your blog shows how biased(may be professionally) you are.
@hormazdsorabjee
so finally you experienced half baked product
bhavish shld xpln how an os updare solve quality issues panel gaps flimsy flastocs and the front fork breaking in two pieces.
clear most ev manif have resorted to xth class components
ola resp for my ev dream crash
@hormazdsorabjee
Sad... the CEO is addressing the service levels rather than the quality issues... getting aggressive camouflaging a pretty defensive position !!!
And that's been the trend with most complaints .. get aggressive..
@hormazdsorabjee
@bhash
you were so busy hyping up your product & unleashing it on guinea pigs that you didn't bother about making it reliable! This after piggybacking on a product from etergo. You can only get away with this here. If you were in the West you would have to face multiple lawsuits.
@hormazdsorabjee
@bhash
You are a long way off from being a humble entrepreneur who is open to feedback.
If thousands of people are telling you how unreliable your scooters are, they were open to change hence they got your shitbox in the first place.
@atherenergy
is miles ahead of u.
