I’m feeling frustrated with trying to lose weight. Calorie counting feels intuitively wrong for me. I’ve been trying it because my weight wasn’t budging. I eat well - I don’t eat processed junk. I cook with real food. I eat high protein. I exercise. It feels defeating sometimes.
