@hammondweather Looks great John. Just rain here in Suffolk. One paper headline today says Beast Of East is on its way. A potential SSW is looking good. What's your feeling John regarding will I See Snow in Suffolk and also for the South as well this winter?

@Paul01938901 We really don’t know what the impact of the probable SSW will be, but it looks more sustained than previous attempts this winter. May have implications for spring, in terms of enhanced (northern?) blocking, but not much else to latch onto at this stage.

@jackrussellart Hi Jack. Alas I’m stuck down south this week so have been enjoying the snow from afar, via my webcam! However I’ve got some good material from earlier snowfall in January, so am planning to get going with a new picture of a wintry scene shortly.
