How many days a week should I workout coach? Never ever do more then 3 consecutive days without 1 day rest. Now if you are trying to gain weight, then no more then 2 days on with a minimum 1 day off. Remember muscles grow while resting and feeding 💪

Coach, how much cardio to get ready for a show? Honestly I have never ever let any of my athletes do more then 45 mins max a day, because I won’t let them get out of shape. Now If you need to do more then 45 mins daily, you must change the way you do things in the off season.

Coach how come my chest isn’t growing? If you are not getting stronger in the muscles you want to grow in reps or weight range, the odds of you gaining or growing any size are very low. You must take your muscles where they never been before in order to adapt and grow. 💪

Coach, how many sets and reps for best results? I will say 12/14 working sets and keep the reps between 8 and 12 on your uppers (anything less then 8 it’s to heavy & more then 12 is to light). Now for your lower I will shoot for 15 reps and above. Remember not counting warm ups.

Cardio! Must pay attention to style & the amounts of cardio you’re doing! It is one of the best idea to include cardio to aid in fat loss but their is a fine line that we shouldn’t cross otherwise you will sacrifice your hard earned muscles. My advise 45 minutes or less daily 🫀
