Apparently all involved managers have left and taken up roles at other NHS Trusts, they should be in court alongside her as they are vicariously responsible for her continued murderous behaviour.

Consultants repeatedly tried force Countess of Chester Hospital management to investigate Nurse Lucy Letby and her link to the possible murder of babies. The doctors were ignored Letby was eventually moved to a clerical role. It took another year before police were involved
