It's easy to assume this is some glitch, but it took many months of rejection after rejection in 2019 from funders to convince the first person to participate - @gpl_94 - who was a college student I had call with when he was in his dorm room.

founders and VCs launching governance tokens should receive tokens with dampened voting power while the communities receive super voting tokens. Founders and investors still get the upside they deserve while allowing communities to take over. ATM it's just charades.

Some perspective. If everyone besides A16z, Polychain, and Compound CEO, in this round of Compound Governance voting, voted against Proposal 10 they would still lose.
