Chewing very slowly and eating in certain ways to slow down eating process (eg. Peeling the skin of grapes and eating it before having the whole thing, having really tiny bites, eating with small spoons, using forks for things like rice so my bites are smaller)
0 distractions when I eat so I'm aware of every calorie that enters my body (never being on my phone, reading or studying while eating so my entire focus is on food and I can see exactly how much I eat)
Baking/cooking for others if I ever feel hungry and using more oil/sugar which immediately makes me hesitant to even try it plus I'm usually not hungry by the time I'm done baking
Making sure my food looks pretty seeing it as just something pretty to look at + preparing it myself so I know the ingredients, exact measured portions etc.
