There was no Internet. The media would just do propaganda and not allow anyone on the air to contest them. The media establishment is still spinning up the same old propaganda machine but they can't gain traction when we're allowed to see the world clearly.

The mainstream media has long backed the US government's foreign policy & much of its domestic policy no matter what it is - from slavery & the Indian wars right up to the wars in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Israel, Yemen, etc. & impending: Iran, China, Russia, etc.
