’s exclusive deal for PTD so i can move on a little 😵💫
• they announced the event before HYBE/Bighit confirmed it
• posted daily bts quiz polls on their socmed but couldn’t give further info about ticketing & event itself
• even management/cinema staff were giving contradicting statements to inquiries of PH ARMYs regarding blockscreening(BS) & reservations
• VIPs/celebs/influencers being entertained for oculars & director’s club BS
• not addressing concerns & issues raised by ARMY & fanbases
• not coordinating with fanbases & doing basic research on their target market. they either underestimated us or just don’t know we crash apps like youtube, vlive, weverse, twit
• finally revealed ticket selling info & participating branches, but only 8 hours before
• selling only on the app & website, which already had issues for signup & login days before
• chose 12:01AM on a Saturday (right after a PH holiday) as the release time when literally no direct cinema customer support is awake
• both app & site crashed minutes before selling
• from 12AM - almost 4AM, most could not load the app & website at all due to their servers
• people were getting various errors like getting charged w/ failed booking, stuck at the snacks portion, timer running but no option to pick seats, can’t have seats allocated
• app got somewhat better after 4AM while website was completely hopeless. many stayed awake even past 5AM cause we got charged but did not receive qr codes & confirmation email from SM
• no sort of empathy or customer care post online as soon as malls/business hours opened
• all issues & concerns burdened us fans, forcing us to visit the malls/respective cinemas
• up to this hour, still no response about the special treatment of influencers/celebs/VIPs
• no decency to apologize for all the hassle & inconvenience. no updates aside from “sold out”
• no alternatives offered
• no FAQs about all the issues faced during the ticket selling (refunds, confirmed payment but no qr, etc)
• no further guidelines released about the day/event itself
• not enough customer support prepared. lines were either busy or invalid number
• fanbases & other fellow PH ARMY are the ones helping each other out with FAQs & sharing info to each other since some couldn’t go out or have their calls go through today

if the day comes you’ll have to make a video, please make it filled with compliments and praise tweets instead, especially about their personalities and music!!! Even ARMY jokes so we can see if BTS would find us funny lmao
forgot to mention earlier in this thread but since they highlighted it being exclusively carried by them, the bare minimum is to at least ensure & execute quality service all throughout. service & especially app/site servers need a big improvement
also most likely forgot other stuff but that’s most of it i think. i’m annoyed & disappointed that we had to go through this messy & extremely unsatisfactory experience. i hope the day itself goes fine & everyone gets to enjoy with their ARMYbombs/lightsticks 🔎
