whats ur guys’s fav diet/low cal cereals? I always get plain storebrand bran cereal or Frosted Flakes bc they’re both 130, but is anything else lower and still tastes good?

We actually had a project in class where we talked about how this type of content actually increases rates of EDs. To the Bone saw a massive spike of EDs. I think they are misguided attempts at awareness but also for $$$
am i the only one on here doesnt like when irls talk about weight/weight loss. even if they’re bigger than me. weight is constantly on my mind and i dont need to be reminded of it when talking to someone

if you’re someone who likes non scale victories, i so recommend permanent jewelry. it has been so motivating to watch as my bracelets get smaller and smaller on me. they started welded close to my skin now are huge
2024 has just really been a test of my self control. i said i would quit all my addictions. on Jan 1st i gave up nicotine, 95% of my caffeine intake, and overeating. it has been so so hard but i really do see a difference
what do yall consider a binge? bc the real definition of binging seems a lot different than how yall use it so i was just curious. i wouldn’t consider myself binging unless i ate 1600+, rest is just overeating

abt to start a 2+ day “fast.” I will have coffee, Diet Coke, pre workout, protein shake, and vitamins but that’s it. No food, only 100 calories in drink allowed

ok this post is tmi so be warned
so this week i did a 50 hour + liquid fast (100 cal limit) and just went back to eating today. did not eat like crazy, i eased into it. so tell me why my stomach starts making crazy sounds and i have to rush to bathroom and it’s just liquid shit
ok this will sound bitter bc i am but im so annoyed by this trend of showing before and after weight loss meds/surgery on TikTok. meanwhile i have to starve and workout like crazy to lose a few pounds.
