Operationally, everything Disney has done to prepare for Galaxy’s Edge is paying off in dividends. Despite the heat and crowds and stress of the incoming storms, I can’t remember the last time I saw more people smiling at Hollywood Studios, both cast and guests. Very impressed.

This is probably blatantly obvious, but what is good for the company is rarely positive for the consumer. If Disney made an extra billion on its theme parks, it’s largely because they cut costs by offering less and charged you a billion more for the privilege. It’s not positive

I’m not going to debate anybody about this but my personal opinion would be to discourage most, from traveling to Florida, for a theme park vacation this summer. Obviously we are still in “wait and see” mode but there seems to be little upside to fighting all of the frustrations

If a cast member tells you to put a face mask on do so with a smile whether you’re about to enter a queue or even an area you don’t think requires one. If you’re outdoors and not required to wear a mask and cast know the area is safe then you don’t need to wear it. It’s that easy

Skyliner review: It’s a little cooler out at the moment but even with eight people in the cabin there’s quite a bit of airflow. About 15 minutes from Studios to Pop. It’s a little shaky getting on and off which might be an issue. Wood bench kinda comfy. Views fantastic. Thumbs up
