My past cannabis use has come back to bite me with regards to getting passed garda vetting. 25 euro worth of cannabis ffs. And so the job offer I had in the bag is now gone. I'm gutted. I've another interview tomorrow over the phone but inevitably will face the same problem.

I went onto the housing list 15 years ago. A few weeks ago I applied for a choice based letting. Got a phone call earlier from DCC. I've been approved... 🤯 Some minor hurdles to clear BUT it looks like I'm getting really close to the top of a 15 year queue.
