As someone who’s not religious, doesn’t have kids and for whom every working day is pretty much the same, I have genuinely no idea which Sunday is Easter Sunday unless I double-check it elsewhere.
Is it too difficult to put a date along the words?
Travelling with us between London Paddington and Reading on Easter Sunday?
Due to emergency engineering works taking place, customers are advised not to travel until midday.
Services will continue to run between Reading and Bristol, South Wales, Devon and Cornwall, however…

It's the first Sunday after the full moon that occurs on or after the spring equinox.

The Easter bank holdays should be detached from the Easter cycle & fixed in place like all other bank holidays are.

You’d think so wouldn’t you? Also any foreign tourists etc with limited English might be able to recognise a numerical date on a poster and realise there’s something they need to ask about

It is this Sunday, but it’s a moveable feast with a complicated set of tables defining a “Paschal Moon” which may or may not have anything to do with the real moon.
