@DriverSnowflake There are IET 5-car stop boards now. It was a set swap, onwards 9-car from platform 3!

@driverbod125 How does that work with route retention? Is it if you sign the station then by default you sign all potential moves even if you haven't completed them?

@sometimesyouwin Yes, in general you sign all applicable parts of a station* (and route, eg loops) even if you’ve never actually been there. During route learning it should be covered by maps, videos and discussion. * There are, as always, exceptions 😬

@driverbod125 I got signalled across onto the Down Bletchley at Bicester South Jct the other day and ran Bi-directional all the way to Woodstock Road Jct. Never done that before, it’s strange when you have very few signals, but pass numerous on the Up and have to remember they are not for you.

@driverbod125 I had the same feeling when I called up to arrange it. From the picture your TM painted for me on the phone it was worth it though, so thanks for making it go so smoothly!

@driverbod125 I think there’s been a Sunday morning departure down the Cotswold line from one of the bays for a while but it’s pretty rare otherwise, particularly for an arrival!
